Pharisees and Politicians

Ron McKenzie at Blessed Economist recently ran a series of posts that showed the close parallels between today's politicians and the Pharisees of Jesus' day. He applies Jesus' scathing condemnation of the Pharisees in Matthew 23, point by point, to modern politicians. The implications are frightening.
