While humorous (I chuckled at the chart, really!) ... I do think it reminds me how we say these things, as if substituting syllabic sounds cleans up our speech and makes it more acceptable.
I'm glad it made you laugh, and I think that what you said is exactly the point: is profanity about the words we use, or what we are really saying? A praise is a praise and a curse is a curse, it seems silly to think that the words used matter more than the content.
